MBB: More incremental improvement for several Valley teams

Drake was the only Missouri Valley Conference team in action last night, as the Bulldogs rallied past Lipscomb, 85-70, to pick up their first win of the year. With the win, several teams saw their KenPom ratings go up slightly, including Murray State.
