On May 12, 2022, Steve Prohm was 48 days into his second-tenure as Murray State Men’s Basketball Coach. In his first seven weeks on the job, while he had assembled his staff and signed the Racers up to play in the Myrtle Beach Invitational, Prohm only had seven players on his roster. Reflecting on the early chaos he inherited when he accepted this job, you can sense a level of calm around the Racer boss that wasn’t there 12 months ago.
