Billington announces transfer to UT Martin
WBB: The freshman guard played 14 games for Murray State this season

Freshman forward Grace Billington has announced on social media she has signed to play at UT Martin.
“Grateful and excited to announce my commitment to UT Martin,” Billington wrote on X. “Thankful for this new opportunity and ready to get to work. Can’t wait to see what’s ahead! #AGTG”
Billington, from Moberly, Missouri, signed with Murray State out high school. She missed the early part of the season dealing with a lower leg injury. Once Billington got healthy, she played in 14 games this past season, averaging 1.7 points in 3.4 minutes per game. She announced she was entering the transfer portal on March 27th.

The 5’10 guard had a season-high eight points in Murray State’s win over Evansville on January 26th. Billington shot 9-for-22 (40.9%) from the field and 3-for-7 (42.9%) from beyond the arc.
Billington will head to a UT Martin program that finished 13-19 overall and 10-10 in the Ohio Valley Conference last season.
