Blaackar says he has offer from Racers
MBB: The northern Kentucky point guard says this is his first Division I offer
Anthony Blaackar, a 6’2 point guard in the 2026 recruiting class, posted on X that he’s received his first Division I scholarship offer from Murray State.
Blaackar plays for Lloyd Memorial High School in Erlanger, Kentucky, just south of Cincinnati. Last season, Blaackar averaged 15.3 points per game while shooting 59.2% from the field. He helped lead the Juggernauts to a trip to the KHSAA Region 9 championship game.
Since receiving his scholarship offer from the Racers, Blaackar posted that he’s also picked up an offer from Eastern Kentucky.

PrepHoops.com has Blaackar listed as the #18 prospect in the 2026 class in Kentucky. In a recent writeup, PrepHoops said: “As a junior on a loaded Lloyd Memorial team led by current University of South Carolina standout EJ Walker, Blaackar still managed to shine in his own right. Now a senior, he’ll step into the spotlight as the go-to player for the Juggernauts. Blaackar plays with poise and intelligence, consistently taking — and often making — the best available shot. He never forces the action and excels at getting to the rim with control. If his summer performance is any indication of what’s to come, fans are in for a show as he dropped 50 points in a high school summer game.”
