Coaches react to potential NCAA tournament expansion
MBB/WBB: The tournament could expand as soon as the 2025-26 season
Earlier this summer, the NCAA presented a plan to expand both the men’s and women’s basketball tournaments by four or eight teams starting with the 2025-26 season. There is also a third option on the table to ultimately leave the fields at 68 teams. Missouri Valley Conference Commission Jeff Jackson is clear on the path he’d prefer.
