Domon helps France into FIBA U20 semis

Roman Domon scored a game-high 18 points to lead France past Greece, 72-70, in the quarterfinals of the FIBA U20 EuroBasket on Thursday in Heraklion, Greece.
The 6’9 Domon also grabbed a game-high nine rebounds to go along with four assists in the win.
France, who has won the last two U20 EuroBasket championships, will play Lithuania in the semifinals on Saturday. Serbia and Italy will play in the other semifinal.

In five games in the tournament so far, Domon is averaging 12.6 points, 6.6 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game. The 6’9 forward has struggled from beyond the arc in the EuroBasket, but is shooting 53.6% from two-point range and 78.3% from the free throw line.
