Foust promoted to Associate Head Coach
WBB: This will be his fourth season working with Rechelle Turner at Murray State

Murray State Head Coach Rechelle Turner announced on Tuesday the elevation of Wyatt Foust to Associate Head Coach.
"I'm extremely grateful for Coach Turner and our administration for this opportunity," Foust said in a statement. "Coach Turner has elevated Murray State Women's Basketball to a national level and I'm excited to continue to build on the success we have had in the Missouri Valley Conference"
Foust is entering the third year of his second stint on the Racer staff. He was the Director of Basketball Operations under Turner during the 2021-22 season.
“It's a great opportunity to give him a title that he deserves,” Turner said. “He's worked extremely hard to help put our program at the top of the Missouri Valley Conference. He's our recruiting coordinator, (and he’s) brought a lot of great kids in that have proven themselves over and over. (I’m) grateful and blessed with my entire staff, but when somebody can get a promotion, that's always good.”
Foust was part of a staff last season that helped Murray State win their first-ever Missouri Valley Conference regular season championship, and earn a trip to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2008. The Racers set a program record with 25 wins during the 2024-25 season, while having the #2 scoring offense in the country, averaging 86.8 points per game.
