Langston's 21 points lead Abejas de León to win

Wayne Langston scored a season-high 21 points to lead Abejas de León to an 84-78 win over Freseros de Irapuato Thursday night. Abejas de León has now won eight of their last nine games.

Langston tied a season-high with 16 points Monday night before eclipsing that number last night. He also grabbed four rebounds on the evening. The former Murray State forward is averaging 11.6 points and 5.5 rebounds per game for the Abejas.

Abejas de León is now 14-5 on the season, one of the best starts in franchise history. They’re currently one game out of first place in Mexico’s National Professional Basketball League, as they look to repeat as LNPB champions.
