Little Rock at Murray State date set
MBB: This is the return game from a trip to Little Rock two seasons ago
One of the few remaining questions about Murray State’s 2025-26 non-conference schedule has been answered. The Racers announced Thursday they will host Little Rock on Tuesday, November 18th. This is the return game from a home-and-home series that started back in December of 2023.
This will be the third meeting between the two programs. Murray State beat Little Rock, 91-66, in the third game of the Tevester Anderson era back in November of 1998. The Trojans defeated the Racers two years ago in Little Rock, 80-66.
The November 18th date sneaks one more non-conference game in for the Racers prior to departing for the Cayman Islands, where they’ll play three games in three days starting on November 23rd.

At this point, we have dates for all the non-conference games. The only missing pieces in the schedule are a date and opponent for Murray State’s home exhibition game, and the opponent for the season-opener, November 3rd, in the Field of 68 Opening Day Showcase. There is still an expectation that the Racers will play two conference games prior to Christmas. The Missouri Valley likely won’t release the conference slate until closer to September.
Here’s how this season’s non-conference schedule looks at this moment:
