Miller throwing out first pitch in St. Louis
MBB: The new Racer head coach will be at Busch Stadium today
Murray State Athletics announced that Racer Head Coach Ryan Miller will be throwing out the ceremonial first pitch in St. Louis later this afternoon ahead of the Cardinals’ game with the Detroit Tigers.
The game is scheduled to start at 12:15pm at Busch Stadium, and will air on the MLB Network — but, of course, the game is subject to local blackouts.
Miller has some recent experience throwing out first pitches, as he did it ahead of Murray State’s home game with Kentucky State on April 9th.
Once his baseball duties are done, Miller will continue preparing for his first summer as Murray State’s head coach. The 2025-26 Racers are expected to report to campus on June 1st to begin summer workouts. Miller’s first summer basketball camp for local kids will start on June 9th.
