Miller's alma mater coming to Murray
MBB: The Racers will host Division II Northern State in an exhibition game

Murray State Head Coach Ryan Miller and the Racers will welcome Division II Northern State, Miller’s alma mater, into the CFSB Center on October 26th. This will be the last of two exhibition games for the Racers prior to the start of the regular season.
While Murray State has yet to officially announce the game, Northern State listed the exhibition contest on their official schedule page.
Miller played at Northern State from 1994-98, where he’s still 10th on the program’s all-time scoring list with 1,802 points. He holds the program record for most points in a game after he scored 55 in November of 1997. Miller was a Division II All-American in 1998.

With the exhibition game against Northern State now locked in, Murray State’s entire non-conference schedule has been reported — either by Murray State or the opposing schools. There is still an expectation the Racers will play a pair of Missouri Valley Conference games prior to Christmas, but the conference schedule likely won’t be released for another month.
As we wait for the Valley schedule, you’re now free to mark your calendars with these 11 non-conference and two exhibition games:
