Missouri Valley announces ESPN games
MBB: The Racers will have at least four national TV games this season

The Missouri Valley Conference released the men’s basketball package of games that will air on the ESPN family of networks on Tuesday afternoon. As for Murray State, the Racers will play at least four games on national television this season.
Three of those games will be in the Diamond Head Classic in Hawai’i.
December 22nd — vs. Nebraska at 8:00pm CDT (ESPN2)
December 23rd — vs. Charlotte/Hawai’i at 10:30pm or 1:30am (ESPN2)
December 25th — Final game at Time TBA (ESPN2 or ESPNU)
The other nationally televised game this is currently locked in is February 4th against Drake. The Racers will host the Bulldogs at 6:00pm, and that game will air on either ESPN2 or ESPNU.
Murray State has seven other conference games that could end up as Wild Card selections and air on ESPN TV. On January 5th, either Murray State’s game at Drake or SIU’s game at Illinois State will air on ESPN2. The game that is not chosen for ESPN2 will stream on ESPN+.
The other six potential Wild Card games are:
January 18th — Bradley at Murray State
February 1st — Murray State at Missouri State
February 8th — Murray State at Valparaiso
February 16th — Northern Iowa at Murray State
February 22nd — Murray State at Bradley
March 2nd — Murray State at Belmont
Two weeks ahead of each Wild Card game, ESPN and the Missouri Valley will choose one conference game to air on ESPN2 or ESPNU. The games that aren’t chosen will stream on ESPN+.
All conference games this season that don’t air on national television will be available to stream on ESPN+.
