Morant out for Game 4 for Grizzlies
MBB: The former Racer great injured his hip in Game 3 of series with Oklahoma City

Ja Morant has been ruled out of the lineup for the Memphis Grizzlies ahead of Game 4 of the Grizzlies’ Western Conference playoff series with Oklahoma City.
After taking a scary fall during Thursday’s Game 3 against the Thunder, Morant was scratched from Saturday’s game with a left hip contusion.
"Fortunately, he's avoided a major injury, which is a big positive," Grizzlies interim coach Tuomas Iisalo said during his pregame media availability.
Morant was fouled during the second quarter of Game 3 as he was soaring through the air trying to finish a fast break. After shooting his free throws, Morant left the game and went to the locker room, before later returning on crutches.
Whether Morant will be able to return this season will depend on how long Memphis can extend the series. Oklahoma City leads the Best-of-7 series 3-0, and the Thunder will try to finish off the sweep Saturday afternoon in Memphis. Game 5, if necessary, will be played Monday in Oklahoma City.
