MBB: Prohm presenting confident stance as Racers work through struggles

“I had a good talk with the guys yesterday about the direction we need to go,” Murray State Head Coach Steve Prohm said after Monday’s loss at Little Rock. “Any time when you’re trying to change, it’s not one day. Whether we won tonight or not, that doesn’t mean everything’s changed. Thirty days is how you start changing habits. What do you have to do? We’ve got to go home tomorrow and watch tape. Then Wednesday and Thursday, we’re going to have two great practices, and on Friday, we’re going to beat SMU.”

Steve Prohm is not one to rely on so called ‘coach speak.’ He speaks from the heart when talking about his team, which made his postgame comments Monday stand out all the more.
