Prohm optimistic after first scrimmage
MBB: The Racers will have their final secret scrimmage this weekend
Saturday, Murray State held the first of two preseason secret scrimmages as they hosted Arkansas State. The Red Wolves beat the Racers, 78-73, in the scrimmage according to sources on X. In the end, the result doesn’t matter as much as letting Head Coach Steve Prohm and his staff see how the Racers look against a quality opponent as they prepare for the November 4th season-opener. Coming out of the scrimmage, Prohm said he was generally pleased with what he saw.
