MBB: Fletcher's dad Darron is a former Murray State Associate AD

While Darron Boatright worked for the Murray State Athletics Department, he signed his four-year-old son up to take part in one of Murray State’s summer basketball camps. Those camps provided Fletcher Boatright with his first great memory of Murray State basketball.

“I was a camper and (Steve) Prohm came up with the ice cream shot,” Fletcher remembered today as we talked by phone. “I had a Steve Prohm jersey that we made. It was a Racer jersey with ‘Prohm’ on the back. I remember that ice cream shot.”
