No idea. It was just part of the arrangement when the contract was signed. It might have been a deal where Little Rock had too many road game planned and needed to wait a year.
Did the home game with Arkansas little rock get pushed back a season ?
Yes, that game was always going to be punted to 2025-26.

There are at least a half dozen schedule holes to fill still. I don’t know either way whether they will fill one of them.
