If you need any proof that a new era of Murray State women’s basketball is upon us, look no further than the Racers’ secret scrimmage last week against (allegedly) Three Rivers College.  

“We scored 100 points, which was good,” Murray State Women’s Basketball Coach Rechelle Turner said. While Turner admitted her team didn’t shoot a high percentage, breaking the century mark, albeit against a junior college team is significant. Murray State has scored more than 100 points only twice during Turner’s six seasons as head coach.
