Racers up to #6 in Field of 68's Mid-Major poll
MBB: Murray State hosts Mississippi Valley State Friday night
After beating Omaha in the season-opener on Monday, Murray State moves up six spots to #6 in this week’s Mid-Major poll from The Field of 68, released on Monday.
Liberty remained in the #1 spot, followed by High Point, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara and Illinois State. The Redbirds #5 ranking is in jeopardy after losing at Ohio, 72-68, on Thursday night.
Other Valley teams in the poll: #8 Belmont, #10 Bradley, #14 Northern Iowa and #23 Drake.
