Just three weeks into the college basketball season, and we’re mere hours away from opening Missouri Valley Conference play. Before the end of the weekend, every Valley team outside of UIC and Southern Illinois will have played a pair of conference games. As SIU and Indiana State prepare to play the first conference game of the season on Tuesday, let’s look at the Valley’s KenPom ratings and the four tiers I believe the 12 teams currently fall into:
