Stark helps lead Orléans Loiret to playoff win

Jonathan Stark scored nine points to help Orléans Loiret beat Lille, 85-71, in Game 2 of the France - Pro B League quarterfinals. The Best-of-Three series is now tied at one game a piece. Game 3 will be played on Thursday.
Orléans Loiret trailed by seven points after the first quarter, before they rallied to take a 38-37 lead at the half. Stark scored his nine points on 3-of-8 shooting, including 1-of-2 from beyond the arc. The 2018 Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year also chipped in with two rebounds and six assists in nearly 30 minutes of action. Orléans Loiret outscored Lille 28-15 in the fourth-quarter to put the game away.
In this first season in France, Stark has made solid contributions with Orléans Loiret. He is third on the team in scoring averaging 12.3 points per game, while dishing out 5.1 assists per night. Stark is shooting 47.5% from the floor and 36.7% from three-point range this season.
Stark will turn 28-years-old on Tuesday.
