MBB: Williams' 38 points not enough in loss to the Magic

KJ Williams had his best game as a professional Tuesday night, as he scored 38 points, making six three-pointers, and added 12 rebounds as the Oklahoma City Blue fell to the Osceola Magic 122-115.
Williams made 14 of 20 shots from the field, including 6-of-10 from beyond the arc, to punctuate his career-night. Along with his 12 rebounds, Williams also blocked four shots.
The 2022 Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year has started all seven games for the Blue so far this season. He’s averaging 15.7 points and 8.1 rebounds per game. Williams is shooting 51.1% from the floor and 31.6% from three-point range for the year.
Pretty awesome! Hoping he gets a bump up very soon.
